IRJ Head Repair

The IRJ Head Repair Kit allows an in-situ repair to damaged end posts in Insulated Rail Joints (IRJ’s). The process involves cutting through the original insulated gap using a rotary cutting tool and filling the gap with a fast-curing two-part polyurethane resin. This hardens to provide electrical insulation and a robust repair.
