Currently 39% of passenger trains are fitted with retention tanks, therefore the majority continue to discharge effluent directly onto the track; this equates to around 4,000 tonnes of raw sewage per year discharged directly by 27-franchised passenger train operating companies.

This emphasises the need to provide control measures, as a result of this Network Rail approached us to design and manufacture a new track tray, this was very quickly put on trial in Liverpool, with excellent results.

Bespoke designs and sizes can very easily be manufactured.
