In February 2009, we successfully tendered for a contract with Network Rail to manufacture and supply over 25,000 GRP Catchpit Covers.

Our aim was to manufacture a lightweight but extremely strong Catchpit cover, it had to be very easy to install, have an anti slip surface and most importantly, no scrap value.

Our Catchpit covers have now been in the rail network for several months, the feedback from the engineers has been excellent.

We currently have two Catchpit Covers with full Network Rail Acceptance,
